What are STEAM Sessions?
‘STEAM Sessions’ are a FREE series of events, exploring with educators how STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths) learning is able to prepare our children and young people to face future environmental and social challenges in a rapidly changing world. Each FREE live CPD event is hosted by Derby Museums, featuring conversation with a number of expert guest speakers from national and international STEAM-linked organisations. Live events are also supported by FREE access to Derby Museums’ brand new STEAM Slack Channel – an opportunity to continue the conversation, network with other educators, and share STEAM resources.
Please book now via Eventbrite to join us in conversation and explore the power of STEAM learning in your own education setting. Please also share this invitation with your networks – the event is open to all, but spaces are limited and booking is essential!
