Derwent Valley Mills Experiment Fund: Applications now closed

The Experiment Fund programme was designed to enable arts, cultural and heritage organisations located within the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site to apply for grants to assist income generation and try out new ideas.

Organisations needed to make sure that the idea made business sense, had a good chance of success and that users would like the idea for a product or service.

This Experiment Fund was provided thanks to funding from the Great Place Scheme via the Heritage Lottery Fund and Arts Council England.
