Mount Cook

Mount Cook is a not for profit organisation with an eco-friendly ethos that provides high quality residential experiences and activity days. We work with a variety of groups including schools, charities, corporate groups, and families, for unforgettable outdoor experiences. Our modern facilities include 180 beds of accommodation, including accessible rooms and glamping pods, a variety of meeting rooms, catering facilities, and a selection of exciting activities like High Ropes, Zip wire, Archery and more!

We are based just outside the village of Wirksworth and have easy access to the beautiful Peak District and the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site.

Our mission is to provide access to the outdoors and outdoor activities for all, especially young people who might not otherwise have the opportunity.
